Buonasera. Mi premuro segnalare la mia positiva sorpresa ( per questo motivo sto scrivendo) per la sollecita sostituzione dell'articolo inviatomi erroneamente. Per questo motivo mi congratulo con l'Azienda Boldrin ed il relativo staff. perche' tutti possono sbagliare ma.... non tutti sono egualmente solerti nel rimediare. I am not as satisfied with the product as I hoped. Buying this type of object online is always a gamble. What I am the most unsatisfied about follows: 1) the bar connecting the two burn controllers is of a strange material which to me seems low quality..a type of rubber/plastic..and I have doubts about how long it will last. 2) The 3 rings on each burner all burn at the same time so when you want to make a coffee or something small you use gas to light all 3 rings even when you don't need it. 3) The object started rusting the day after it was opened. Fortunately I am familiar with how to treat cast iron and I oiled it with linseed oil immediately..but the metal should've already been cured. 4) the instructions are seriously lacking in quality...the photos of how to mount the object are horrible and almost impossible to make out; the mounting of the burn controllers was difficult because the holes for the screws were put in the wrong place or the metal was not cut properly (thankfully I have the tools to make the needed adjustments) 5) The most important issue: there is a screw sticking out near both burn controllers (which was in place when the stove arrived) and information explaining what these screws do is not provided. At first I did not tighten these screws and could've had an accident as it was causing the stove to behave dangerously..since, I have tightened the screws and the stove seems to be working properly now but I still don't know what their purpose it.
