The Distar DGM-S Hard Ceramics diamond cup disc is a tool designed for professional users. The perfect solution for sanding the edges of ceramic and stoneware tiles at 45° or 90° angles.
The hexagonal design of the diamond layer ensures efficient and gentle grinding. The curved edge of the disc easily penetrates the material, gradually removing a large surface area. The disc body, made of thin metal, allows for a reduced weight, making it easy and comfortable to handle, which is crucial when working at high speeds. During the manufacturing process, the discs are balanced to prevent vibration during operation. The cutter is also characterized by a very long service life.

The grinding wheel is available in 100mm and comes in two diamond grit sizes. 60/70 grit allows for preliminary grinding, removing thick layers of the workpiece. 100/120 grit is used for subsequent, gentle grinding in preparation for polishing. The edge quality in the working area is very good.

The DGM-S Hard Ceramics cutter with M14 mounting is designed for dry operation with 125 mm angle grinders at a speed of 11,000 rpm.
