Use a wrench to turn clockwise to open the filter cup. 3. Remove the filter cup, O-ring, and filter assembly. 4. Remove the flat sealing disc, pull out the filter, and clean the filter retainer. 5. After cleaning the filter screen, carefully install the filter screen and sealing gasket onto the filter cartridge. Ensure the sealing gasket is properly seated in the groove of the filter cartridge. 6. Insert the filter cartridge into the filter cup body, put the O-ring on the filter cartridge, screw the filter cup body into the main body, and tighten counterclockwise with a wrench. 7. Always close the drain valve before opening the filter control valve.
