The width of the bread-cutting guides can be adjusted to accommodate different loaf sizes for added stability. WIDE COMPATIBILITY AND EASE OF USE: Cutting with the bread knife against the stainless steel wire of the guide rail produces flat, smooth slices. After a simple learning curve, you can use the appliance expertly. Our crumb-free stainless steel bread-cutting guides are also highly compatible with bread knives, bread saws, and electric bread slicers (a 20 cm or longer blade is recommended). ROBUST CONSTRUCTION: The base of the slicer is equipped with non-slip silicone for added stability while slicing. No more vibrations when using this bread slicer thanks to the robust stainless steel guide, which ensures that the bread is sliced flat and evenly. The cutting board/foot catches breadcrumbs and keeps your table clean.
