Shipment fees are calculated and displayed to the Buyer before the Order is confirmed. The applicable delivery cost depends on the delivery address, the type, size, weight and quantity of the Products ordered, as well as the delivery method available for the Order. Where free delivery is offered for a Product or an Order, this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Any additional costs, including special delivery services or delivery to remote areas, will be shown to the Buyer before final confirmation of the Order.

Orders are prepared and shipped after payment has been confirmed and the Order has been accepted. Delivery is made to the address provided by the Buyer at the time of placing the Order. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery information is complete and accurate. Products are delivered by the Seller or by third-party carriers selected by the Seller. Estimated delivery times are displayed before the Order is confirmed and may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, public holidays, customs procedures where applicable, and circumstances outside the Seller’s control. Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Buyer when the Buyer, or a third party designated by the Buyer other than the carrier, physically receives the Products. If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, the Buyer should refuse the delivery where possible or report the damage to the carrier and to the Seller as soon as possible, together with photos and any relevant delivery documents. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer, absence of the Buyer, refusal of delivery without valid reason, or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s time limit, the Seller may charge the Buyer for any additional delivery, storage or return costs, where permitted by applicable law.

All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes according to the information shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. Any VAT, sales tax, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes applicable to the Order will be calculated and displayed where required before the Buyer confirms the Order. For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with applicable EU and national tax rules. For deliveries outside the European Union, the Buyer may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges required by the destination country, unless otherwise stated on the Platform. The Seller is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures, tax checks, or import restrictions in the Buyer’s country.

The Seller undertakes to process Buyer information only for the purposes necessary to manage Orders, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, legal obligations, and the performance of the sales contract. Personal data may be shared only with service providers involved in the processing of the Order, such as payment providers, delivery carriers, customer service providers, and marketplace operators, where necessary and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The Seller takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect Buyer information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Buyer information is kept confidential and is not sold to third parties. Buyers may exercise their rights regarding their personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, and objection, where applicable.
