Shipping charges shall be computed and made visible to purchasers prior to order validation. The exact delivery rate is determined by multiple criteria: the delivery destination, together with the category, dimensions, weight and volume of ordered goods, alongside all available shipping alternatives for the respective order. If free shipping applies to a single product or the full order, this benefit shall be visibly marked at the pre-checkout stage. All supplementary surcharges – covering premium delivery options and shipments to remote locations – will be disclosed to buyers before they complete and confirm their purchase.

We will arrange packing and dispatch of orders only once payment is verified and the order is formally accepted. Goods will be delivered to the shipping address entered by the Buyer during checkout, and the Buyer is obligated to guarantee all shipping details submitted are complete and error-free. Shipments will be fulfilled either by us or external logistics providers we appoint. Estimated delivery lead times are presented before order confirmation; actual transit durations may differ due to destination location, courier capacity, national public holidays, customs clearance formalities (if applicable), and unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. Liability for any loss or damage to goods transfers to the Buyer upon physical receipt by the Buyer or any representative authorised by the Buyer (excluding the delivery courier). Should the package show obvious external damage at handover, the Buyer shall decline acceptance if practicable. If not, the Buyer must promptly notify both the courier and ourselves, accompanied by photographic evidence and relevant delivery paperwork. Where delivery fails as a result of inaccurate buyer-provided shipping details, the recipient’s unavailability, unreasonable rejection of the parcel, or failure to collect goods within the courier’s holding period, we reserve the right to invoice the Buyer for extra redelivery, warehousing and return shipping expenses, in compliance with applicable local legislation.

The Platform will clearly indicate at checkout whether displayed prices already include relevant taxes. All tax charges applicable to your order, including VAT, sales taxes, import tariffs and customs levies, shall be calculated and shown to buyers prior to order confirmation as necessary. All shipments bound for EU territories shall be subject to VAT calculated in line with EU regulations and domestic national tax laws. For orders shipped to countries outside the EU, buyers shall cover all customs duties, import levies, clearance fees and other local mandatory charges imposed by the receiving country, unless the Platform explicitly states an alternative arrangement. The Seller shall not be held accountable for shipment delays or extra expenses arising from customs clearance processes, tax inspections and import limitations implemented in the buyer’s destination country.

The Vendor commits to processing the Buyer’s personal data solely to carry out order administration, shipment fulfilment, customer support, return and refund handling, statutory legal responsibilities, and the execution of the sales agreement. Personal information shall only be disclosed to third-party service partners participating in order fulfilment — including payment processors, logistics couriers, customer service vendors and marketplace operators — and only when such disclosure is essential and fully compliant with prevailing data protection legislation. The Vendor implements appropriate technical and internal administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorised access, accidental loss, improper exploitation, modification or leakage of the Buyer’s personal data. All buyer personal details are treated confidentially and will never be transferred for sale to external third parties. Purchasers are entitled to exercise all statutory data rights laid down by relevant data protection regulations, such as the right to access, correct, erase personal data, limit data processing, and object to processing activities where applicable.
