Tracking All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be provided to the buyer once the order has been dispatched.

For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT is applied in accordance with the applicable EU VAT rules. Invoices for orders are issued by the seller and provided upon request. Return Conditions

Buyers have the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery in accordance with European consumer regulations.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.

For damaged or defective items, the buyer must contact the seller within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos of the issue in order to receive assistance.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Items that are assembled or used cannot be returned unless they are defective.
